A PTFE Manufacturer You Can Rely On
Goa Polymer started with a simple goal — make good PTFE products and deliver them on time. We are based in Sawantwadi, Sindhudurg district, Maharashtra. Our plant is set up to handle both small custom orders and large production runs.
We manufacture every product in-house. This means we control the full process — from raw material selection to machining, testing, and packing. We do not outsource production.
Our team is experienced in working with virgin PTFE and filled-grade PTFE compounds. We supply to chemical plants, pharmaceutical companies, food processors, automotive manufacturers, and more.

Our Manufacturing Setup
Our factory has moulding, extrusion, and machining equipment for PTFE. We handle custom dimensions, shapes, and filled-grade formulations in-house.

In-House Testing Lab
We test for tensile strength, elongation, hardness, and thermal stability before dispatch. Customers get a test report with their order if needed.

Custom Orders Welcome
We can make PTFE parts to your drawing or sample. Custom sizes, profiles, and filler types — just share your requirements and we will work out the details with you.

We follow the same four steps for every order — whether it is a standard product or a custom-made part.
You Share Requirements
Tell us the product, size, grade, and quantity. Send a drawing or sample if it is a custom part.
We Select Raw Material
We source the right grade of PTFE or filled compound for your application. Raw material quality is checked before production starts.
Manufacturing & Machining
Products are made using moulding, extrusion, or CNC machining depending on the shape and specification required.
Testing & Dispatch
Finished products are tested in our lab, packed carefully, and sent to you with dispatch documents and a quality report.
